Pupils are assessed throughout each academic year, from year 8 to year 14, using a range of assessment methods including written exams, class assessments, homework assignments, practical assessments etc.

Our rigorous assessment plan for Key Stage 3-5 not only prepares our pupils for public examinations and assessment in Year 11 and above, but it also provides teaching staff, pupils and parents/carers with information on the progress our pupils are making as well as any possible gaps in their knowledge and how to close these gaps.
