Today our Year 8A and B team played their final match. Our game was against Wallace at the Lisburn Racquet Club.
First to the court was the 8A Team. Captain Rosie kept the team motivated by shouting words of encouragement and getting herself up and down the court and helping pass the ball to GA Amelia. Lacey and Faith worked well in defence and Tiana helped keep moving them back down the court.
Unfortunately, the win wasn’t to go to us with Wallace taking home the win!

Up next was our 8B team. The girls came to the court very eager and ready to play some fast play netball. Mylie Mc kept the centre passes moving quickly to Niamh and getting the ball down to our shooters – Mia and Charley. The Wallace defence was very strong and we were ready for the rebound balls and moved them quickly to their shooting area. With a half time substitution Myliee M moving into GA and Effie G moving to Centre the girls found their groove and Myliee M got some get shots and goals and we started to score points. The win didn’t go our way with this game either but the girls played really well and showed great teamwork. 🤾♀️
